How portraits, AI generation records and account information are handled.

Last updated: 2026-10-11

Portraits and drafts

When you request generation, your portrait is resized in your browser and transmitted to our server and Replicate for video generation. Cloud processing is required; generation does not happen entirely on your device. The uploaded portrait is not saved in the task database or R2 by this workflow. The AI providers process the input portrait and generated video under their own terms and retention settings. We do not promise a fixed provider deletion time.

Your browser may save a photo draft in IndexedDB to restore it after signing in or buying credits. Drafts expire 24 hours after the last save and are discarded on your next studio visit. Expiry does not perform background deletion on a device you do not revisit. Use Clear photo draft to remove it immediately and avoid shared devices.

Generation records and video files

We keep account-linked job options, a request fingerprint, provider task identifiers, job status and credit records to process and reconcile tasks. These records may include provider URLs for the prepared scene and video. Do not upload confidential or sensitive portraits.

When configured, the operator copies generated videos to Cloudflare R2. Without persistent storage, download availability depends on provider retention. Library and download API access require your signed-in account. Storage URLs may be unlisted public URLs; access through your library does not make such objects encrypted private storage.

Account and payment data

We keep account details, sessions, credit transactions, order metadata and support tickets. Enabled payment processors handle checkout; the application does not collect full card details. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Analytics run only if configured by the operator.

Requests

Open a signed-in Support ticket for access or deletion questions. Include relevant task IDs, never credentials. The operator can review account records and stored video objects; external providers control their own systems. Read Replicate's privacy policy.
